This is the nail design I had for my birthday! Yes, I am an April baby!
Actually the weather on my birthday was not very spring like... But I felt like tulips on my nails!
For this look, I first painted my nails with OPI You Are Such A Budapest (blue lavender). I used MoYou London Pro Collection 08 for the tulip design. I used Direct Decal Method to add colors, Essie Lounge Lover (coral pink) for flowers and OPI I'm Sooo Swampted! (green) for the leaves.
We had milder winter but I feel like it's been stretching in the end...
